The hotel was fairly clean with a modern design. Very central location and nearby a port. Besides, excellent for visiting a local ship museum. Neat rooms and welcoming staff members on the shift at reception.

Impeccably clean hotel, always pleasant and consistently courteous employees on the shift at reception. New-fashioned, functional room and reasonably priced with great views and washing machine, as for instance. Fast check in and late check out. Favourable and ideal location, comfortable close to everything. Near to magnetic island, river and ferries, the restaurant in front where the meals were cooked well, and restaurants, town, bars. A comfortable and pretty standard property, my first choice in Townsville.

Everything was great, had a relaxing stay right in town. Had tidy room complete with the amenities provided, laundry and well setup.

We loved the location of this place, as it was situated at the end of the street in a nice and peaceful area. It was also close to the town centre, making it convenient for us to explore the city. The room amenities were fantastic, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The ironing facilities, air conditioning, and tea and coffee facilities were a nice touch. We also appreciated the balcony, where we could enjoy the views of the marina. The staff here were amazing and provided exceptional service. They were friendly and helpful, making us feel valued as guests. The swimming pool was a great spot to relax and cool off, and the on-site car park was convenient.

This place is highly recommended for everyone.

The staff were friendly and helpful and the room was gorgeous.

It was just not close to many shops/cafes and there was transport nearby.

Everything was good, accommodating staff, lovely views of the bay. The location was marvellous, you can visit Cultural Centre by walking. Visited few places in the center, around 10-15 minutes walk from the hotel❤

Its location is great and decent really close to close to the ferry to Magnetic Island, restaurants and the CBD and bars and restaurants on Palmer.
